Vintage 80's skirt and top, tag says Nancy K, sz M, 100% rayon. Top buttons up the front, has shoulder pads, blue lace detailing, metal decor, Skirt is elastic at the waist- unfortunately it needs new elastic. Set is in good condition except the elastic at the waist. Measurements are
