Vintage 80's black lace dress, tag says Scott McClintock. Dress top is lace, has drop waist, brocade ruffle layers at the bottom with huge bow on the back. Dress has on hole on the back in the layer under the lace- would be easy to patch on the inside, see last picture. Measurements are
